Requests to view most Library and Archive material can be placed directly via our ordering system Aeon. However, for Master's Certificates you need to fill out the form below. There is also a separate Crew Lists, Agreements and Official Logs request form.

Please note:

• You must be registered in Aeon before submitting a request form. By registering you will be able to make future requests to view manuscript and printed material in the Caird Library reading room. You will also be able to place orders for copies of archive and library collection items via our digital scanning/photocopying service. See guidance for readers on using Aeon
• This form is to request to view the original document in the Caird Library. The maximum number of items that can be ordered in advance is three items.
• Not all certificates survive and the document requested may not be available to view.
