We offer a range of astronomy courses tailored to the needs of individuals with differing levels of knowledge, from short introductory courses to one year courses for those keen to pursue their studies in more detail to two year courses for budding astrophysicists. Our students get to study in a unique environment supported by a range of equally unique resources, including expert tutors, a state of the art digital planetarium and the country’s largest lensed telescope.

Death in the Ice: The Shocking Story Of Franklin’s Final Expedition explores the mysterious fate of Sir John Franklin and his crew on their final expedition – a mystery that remains unsolved today. The exhibition has been developed by the Canadian Museum of History (Gatineau, Canada), in partnership with Parks Canada Agency and with the National Maritime Museum, and in collaboration with the Government of Nunavut and the Inuit Heritage Trust.
