Continuing the Royal Observatory Greenwich's Star Season of events, come join us for  an interstellar rollercoaster to an alien world in this 1994 science fiction adventure film starring Kurt Russell and James Spader.

After the screening surrounded by the stars in London's only planetarium, join Royal Observatory Greenwich astronomer Brendan Owens as he digs into the science fact in the fiction. He will take a look at ancient civilisations' obsession with the Sun, Moon and stars and share his knowledge of star  patterns so that you too can hop from star to star in the night sky… at least by eye if  not by actually going there!

Please note this screening was originally scheduled to take place 5:45-7:30pm
