Share Giving could be the most efficient way for you to make a donation to the Museum. New Treasury rules, which took effect in April 2000, provide a tax-efficient way to give to charity for individuals who have a capital gains tax liability, providing full income tax relief on the value of the donation, as well as freeing the donor from paying Capital Gains Tax.
