Your Ocean: Should we invest in offshore wind energy?
how can we save ll these fossil fuels when we are dependent on them. we need these thngs to get on with our lives the change would have to be dramatic

I am very much in favour of renewable energy but we must think carefully about the impact on the environment. Every care should be taken to ensure that everyone and everything (flora and fauna) is considered.

Offshore wind farms are a start, but small wind turbines on and around domestic and business premises, plus solo-voltaic panels on the roofs would help more. If every local sewage works had a biomass generator plant next to it it would solve a lot of the problem and help process the waste.

why can't we use the big windy seas to make all our energy? We have lots of sea all round us.
