The Adventures of Tintin at Sea
This exhibition has now closed.
The exhibition
'The Adventures of Tintin at Sea' exhibition commemorated the 75th anniversary of the comic strip reporter's first adventure. Exhibits included the oldest existing drawing of Tintin and a painting of Tintin's creator Georges Remi (Hergé) by Andy Warhol. This was on public display in the UK for the first time.
The exhibition was held in association with the Fondation Hergé and was jointly sponsored by Ottakar's Bookstores and Egmont Books.
