School groups

Royal Museums Greenwich offers exciting programmes for schools groups, with a wide variety of workshops and classes at our different venues as well as classroom resources and CPD training days.

Groups of 10 or more

Coming with a group of friends or as part of a club or society? Save money when booking a group visit for 10 or more. We can help you plan your day and provide food and drink offers. Groups of 10 or more are advised to pre-book by contacting the Bookings team.

Planning your visit

Schools groups Food and drink: your group can relax, refresh and refuel at our cafés and restaurants.
Group packages are available for the Brasserie at the National Maritime Museum and Even Keel Café at Cutty Sark.

Shopping: allow time for your group to browse and buy souvenirs of their visit in our well-stocked shops at the Museum, Observatory and Cutty Sark.

Guided tours: we offer pre-booked expert guided tours of the National Maritime Museum and Royal Observatory. Groups are also welcome to bring their own tour guide.

Travel & coach parking: There are convenient coach drop off and collection points near the museums. Coach parking is limited in central Greenwich but there is long-stay parking close by in Blackheath and at the O2. Greenwich is also easily reached by river – an affordable and memorable start to your visit!
