Royal Museums Greenwich offers an exciting programmes for schools groups, with a wide variety of onsite sessions at our different venues as well as classroom resources and CPD training days.

Coming with a group of friends? Save money when booking a group visit for 10 or more adults. We can advise you how to plan your day and help with advice on our food and drink offer. Groups of 10 or more need to pre-book by contacting the Bookings Unit (below).

Planning your visit
Shopping: let your party treat themselves to visit souvenirs in our well-stocked shops at the Museum, Observatory and Cutty Sark.
Guided tours: we offer Volunteer Guided Tours of Ships, Clocks & Stars and Gallery Favourites talks and tours - a unique opportunity to find out about Museum objects, collections and topics from our team of Visitor Assistants. You can also bring your own tour guide.
Admission costs: admission is free to the National Maritime Museum, Royal Observatory Astronomy Centre and the Queen's House. Admission charges apply to Cutty Sark, Flamsteed House and the Meridian Courtyard at the Royal Observatory. Charges also apply to planetarium shows, special exhibitions and some events.
