Sensory Seas is a multi-sensory museum session developed especially for school groups with SEND.

Your pupils will join Dot the Explorer on a journey of exploration around the world, visiting North America, Antarctica and Australia. We use song, rhyme, role-play and all of our senses to discover new objects from unknown lands and bring them back from our travels to create a museum display.

"The whole journey through sensory elements was fantastic and perfectly suited to the needs of our children."

"The Museum really supported our class through their pre-visit enquiries and communication and made the trip a very proactive and less stressful one!"

Teachers from Willow Dene Special School, 2016
