Sarah is an award-winning musician with a voice that has been likened to malt whiskey and melted chocolate.

“Finding treasure feels great, and such is the case with musician Sarah McQuaid." Gregory Weinkauf, Huffington Post

With a voice that has been likened to malt whiskey, melted chocolate,  and "honey poured into wine" (Minor 7th), Sarah McQuaid is an award-winning musician born in Spain, raised in Chicago and now living in rural England, who refuses to be pigeonholed. Her creative signature bridges the gaps between folk, 1930s’ Cuban jazz, sixteenth-century lute-playing and contemporary pop; come join her for an evening of song as she prepares for her upcoming tour, where she will be presenting a collection of her works.

A captivating performer, Sarah seduces her audience with cheeky banter and stories from the road, as well as with stunning musicianship.

“The echoing magic of Walking Into White, the latest album from Sarah McQuaid, seizes you from the

first and holds you captured long aGer the last notes fade.... Sending out a trembling resonance, this is

a collecton of songs that feel their way into your being.” Tim Carroll, FolkWords, UK
