Walk from Woolwich to Greenwich along London’s Jubilee Greenway, taking in the Thames Barrier, Millennium Dome and historic Greenwich.
This riverside walk is part of Transport for London’s Jubilee Greenway, which was completed in 2012 to mark the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and the London 2012 Games. The walk is 6.2 miles (10 km) and takes in a number of iconic London sites, including the Thames Barrier, the Millennium Dome, Greenwich Power Station and the Royal Naval College.
You’ll also get a feel for the working docks of the River Thames, taking in wharfs including Victoria Deep Water Terminal, Morden Wharf and Pipers Wharf.
Once you reach Greenwich, why not stop off for a well-deserved cuppa and a slice of cake at the National Maritime Museum Café.
