Aged 16 Australian Jade Hameister became the youngest person in history to cross off the ‘polar hat-trick', skiing to both the North and South poles and crossing Greenland. Now 19 years old, Jade will be joining us live from Australia to discuss her amazing feat and the importance of securing the future of the polar regions for younger generations.
