What does your work involve?

I’m an edutainer – part educator, part entertainer.

As a kid, I loved being everyone’s go-to fun friend. These days, as a professional event host, speaker, facilitator and creative catalyst coach, I bring that affability to learning spaces.

My work is all about inspiring new possibilities. My style is radically human. I embrace my unpolished self and prioritise our shared humanity over social and professional hierarchies. I’m also the founder of Dream Rehab, an edutainment show and curriculum that helps people shape their futures together. And I co-host the What Is This Behaviour? podcast, sharing the stories of South Asian trailblazers defying convention.

What inspires you?

Two main things inspire me: hyper-awareness of my own mortality and my allergy to boredom. I see life as a gift to be fully experienced, so since leaving college I have committed to following my creative curiosities wherever they took me, learning a lot about myself and life along the way, and ultimately landing on what I do today. And my evolution is ongoing.

What message would you give to the next generation?

Prioritise self-knowledge, gratitude and building community. Modern society talks a lot about doing things alone, but life is too challenging to stay isolated. We need to pool resources and help each other grow and expand. You don’t need to do things alone. And you shouldn’t.
