The RONE FACTER passes down the Seine and unloads her cargo at Rouen. She is then hired to take hoops to Malaga.
Approaching the mouth of the Seine, Barlow describes the dangers of the sandbanks there. They pass the pleasant orchards of the Seine and at Rouen their cargo is unloaded into large lighters to be taken to Paris. The RONE FACTER is hired by French merchants to take hoops to Malaga. Barlow describes Rouen and its products. He buys two French hats.
