        Sir Cloudesley Shovell, Rear Admiral of the Red, desires that on arrival of the DUKE at Chatham, before the seamen are dispersed, the officers and seamen (warrant officers excepted) may be turned over to the ROYAL WILLIAM. You are directed to have this done accordingly.
