In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have confirmed a warrant given by the Rt Hon Edward Russell, Admiral of their Majesties' Fleet, dated 21 August 1692, given to John Grover to be Master Gunner of the DUKE. You are to enter him accordingly together with such allowance of wages and victuals for himself and servant. His warrant is to be dated 29 November 1692.
