Letter from Nelson on the lonely and uncomfortable VANGUARD and sending passports to Procida.

Nelson to Lady Hamilton, Vanguard, 19 May [1799] (Harrison I, 9; Nicolas, III, 361), annotated by Lady H: 'received May 20th 1799'. Letter about Lieutenant Siney coming on board which allows Nelson to send blank passports for vessels going to Procida and one for the Courier boat. He also mentions that the VANGUARD is uncomfortable and lonely. He sends love to Mrs Cadogan who is Lady Hamilton's mother.
