Important information for visitors

Until summer 2025, there is a new visitor route at the National Maritime Museum while we carry out essential improvements to the Museum's roof. Most galleries will still be open as normal, and special exhibitions are currently free for all visitors. However, the Great Map and AHOY! will be closed for the duration of the works. The panto season is upon us again, Cinderella, Jack and the Beanstalk, Peter Pan and of course Aladdin with his magic lantern and Genie. The selection for this festive season's Item of the Month are photographs relating to the 1957 Christmas production of Aladdin as performed by the staff of RNAS Culdrose, and a handmade Christmas card, from the Director of Manning and his staff
