In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Robert Mullins, Purser of the DREADNOUGHT, has been found guilty of unruly behaviour at a Court Martial held aboard the CARLISLE at Hamoaze. He has been fined six month's pay and has been suspended; but instructions are given for him to be restored to his post. A copy of the proceedings is enclosed.
