We also require you to give an account as soon as possible of what moneys have in former Wars have been advanced to Seamen in he form of Bounty or advance of Wages encourage the to enter themselves on the Kings ships, and what time was limited to them for their appearance. As Coll. Churchill has made application to us to move the Iron Ballast from the PRINCE, now under repair onto the WINDSOR CASTLE, under his Command, now going to Sea. Providing it can be done without obstructing the service at Chatham.
