In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You are directed to have the ships undermentioned to be sheathed and fitted for a voyage to the Straits at the places against their names. They are to be victualled for 8 months with all possible dispatch and you are to give us an account by Friday morning next of the times when they may be ready to sail.
