In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

A reply to the enquiry to be made in Item 62 above in which it is explained that Mitchell will not be paid until he gives an account of his involvement in pressing Men in the NIGHTINGALE Pink. Appended is a note of the same date in which it is stated that Robert Harrison Master of the NIGHTINGALE Pink claimed to have fifty-one pressed Men on his own list and that subsequently they were not entered on the Books of the SANDWICH.
