The letter shows some twenty-seven ships destined for Foreign service in the margin including the QUEEN, CAMBRIDGE and ESSEX. The letter also names seven other ships including the KENT, ELIZABETH and BERWICK whose crews are to be turned over into some of the ships shewn in the margin.
