THOMPSON, Thomas Boulden, Sir, Vice-Admiral (1766?-1828) - Semi-official letters, 1807-1821. Includes letters from Edward Pellew, Lord Exmouth, Moorfield on behalf of the Prince Regent thanking Thompson for the gift of a horse, and TR Spearman thanking Thompson for asking him to be his Prize Agent. Also official invitation for Thompson to accompany remains of Adm Sir John Colpoys (late Governor of Greenwich Hospital) at his funeral 12 Apr 1821, Hallowell, offering testimonial for Thompson's services in his present office, 16 May 1817
