Enclosure: Signed copy of an account of money disbursed by Collectors of Customs in the Out Ports for procuring men for service in the Navy on which a note is appended stating that the account has been examined by J Lyscott, the Commissioner General of Accounts of Customs and that in his opinion the sums disbursed by the Collectors are reasonable.
