Captain Wyvill of the SAUDADOS wrote on 24 September that he had been driven into Plymouth by a storm and had received considerable damage. You are directed to have the ship refitted and supplied with provisions for Channel service. You are also directed to have the RESERVE's commissioned and warrant officers turned over to the ASSISTANCE and that she be supplied with stores and provisions for Channel service.
