There are 22 tallies struck upon the Revenue of Excise for payment of £1,000 each to the Treasurer of the Navy, to be paid over to persons named herein for building 11 fireships at a total cost of £22,000. The Lords of the Treasury direct that you cause the tallies to be paid out of the Revenue of Excise at the times and in the proportions according to the order.
