Petition of Cornelius Campion and Robert Booth, both mariners, in which they allert the Admiralty to the ongoing embezzlement of stores and ask for powers of entry to places where stolen goods are suspected of being kept. They reason that until there is evidence of wrongdoing Magistrates will not authorise entry. No date given.
