In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
        
        The Navy Board has opined that the PEARL now at Deptford may be fitted to serve for a further two or three years as a Frigate. Orders are given to proceed with any work found necessary and to see that she is supplied with three months victuals for service in the Channel.
