In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Captain Paynton, Commander of the BASING galley at Rye, advises us that she needs a boat having none but a Deal yawl. Also several stores. We enclose a list we have received from her Commander, and direct you to furnish her with a boat fitting for her and such stores as she needs at the charge of her owners, with all possible dispatch.
