Having been informed by the Admiralty Office that the Protections for the Lightermen belonging to the River Thames are with this Board, we the Lightermen and Wharfingers do humbly desire that that they may be delivered into the hands of George Oloner ( who we have appointed to receive the same), and who attends accordingly.
