In answer to your letter to me yesterday, this is to inform you that by a letter from your Board Orders were sent to the Marshall of the Admiralty for taking into his custody 15 Workmen for deserting Portsmouth Yard. I understand from the Marshall that he has already taken up one of them, namely Richard Stubbs.
