Catalogue of the Kepple-Taylor collection of casts bearing ships

"At request of the Committe of Management, the Royal Naval Museum, Greenwich, Mr. H. H. Brindley, F.S.A. (S.N.R.), St. John's College Cambridge, some years ago kindly undertook identification of the "Marine Collection of Seals" presented to the Museum by Mrs. Kepple Taylor. Mr. Brindley brought his labours to an end in 1929 and the thanks of the Committee are due to him and Dr. A. B. Cook, reader in classical archaelogy, Cambridge, who has kindly identified the casts of classical coing and Greco-Roman engraved gems. The casts in the Kepple-Taylor collection with been numbered in accordance with the following list which, it is hoped, will facilitate reference by those who are interested".--Title page
