Letter from Admiral Lord Nelson discussing the Dey of Algiers, 1804

Letter to Keats from Lord Nelson on HMS VICTORY, dated 15 May 1804. Nelson discusses a delicate mission relating to the Dey of Algiers, Mustapha VI ben Ibrahim. With the letter he encloses three other papers signed by him and a treaty respecting the island of Malta.
