Secret Service account book of the Admiralty, kept by Charles Wright

Bound volume entitled "Nepean Paper. Admirality Secret Service Payments 1795-1804". Majority of the enclosed letters(approximately sixteen) are loose/unattached. Includes nine letters written by Nepean to the military secretary of the Duke of York, Commander-in-Chief, Major-General Robert Brownrigg (1803) and a payment to Mr Wolstonscroft for information of a plan forming by Mr Fulton at Brest for the Destruction of the British Fleet.
