Earthenware figure, probably intended to represent Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805). It has a missing right arm and stands against a tree stump with an anchor at its feet holding a telescope under its left arm. The figure is shown in uniform with a large cocked hat and has a long pigtail. It is painted in yellow, orange, blue and manganese purple Pratt colours and stands on a round plinth and square base.
