Rolling pin
White-glazed earthenware rolling pin, with two brown transfer prints and a verse within a floral border: 'When far at sea remember me,/And bear me in your mind./Let all the world say what they will/Speek [sic] of me as you find.' On the left of the verse, two schooners sailing in a choppy sea near a lighthouse inscribed 'SCHOONER', on the right a compass rose with ships on either side: 'COME BOX THE COMPASS'. The transfers are hand-coloured in green, blue and yellow.
