In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Informing that Colonel Russell, Governor in Chief in Barbadoes, has written to the Committee for Trade and Plantations complaining of the difficulties he is experiencing in obtaining Stores for ships in the West Indies. The Admiralty, having received an Order in Council, encloses a copy of the Order together with other papers and asks for ideas as to how the problem is to be solved.
