The owner of the ST. MALO hired ship, having received orders to have the ship fitted out for a voyage to Barbados, state that they have been at great charge in fitting out the ship and are expecting 2 months advance promised them on certificates and also on a bill of £210 drawn on the Commissioners of the Victualling which they have not received. They have also suffered loss at Newfoundland and ask if they may orders to receive £500 in part of what is due to them or credit at Plymouth to fit out the ship for Barbados.
