In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Your letter of the 5th inst; has represented to us that the members of your Board who are Commissioners of the Registry are of the opinion that a Quarterly Account instead of a Monthly Account of the deductions made from the Seamen for the Greenwich Hospital will be more proper and easy for the Navy Treasury Paymaster.
We direct you to give the necessary Orders, and that such Money as shall be from time to time deducted be paid monthly, or oftener, in case the same shall be demanded.
