The DEPTFORD having arrived in the Downs from the West Indies has lost both bower anchors. Instructions are given for her to be supplied with a replacement anchor from Deal and failing that from an alternative source. The Master of the ship carrying the replacement is to keep a strict lookout for the DEPTFORD as she has been ordered to proceed to the Nore.
