In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

You sent us last December a list of the Royal Navy stating the condition of each ship as to repair. The list has been put before the House of Peers and an estimate is now demanded of the charge of putting that part of the fleet into repair and what part may be done within the year. You are directed to send us a satisfactory answer in order to put this before the Lords Committee appointed to consider it.
