In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board

We should have as soon as may be, an account of the condition of His Majesty's docks and buildings at Plymouth. You are directed to order a most strict and careful inspection into the docks and buildings and to report whether there are any defects and to let us know the causes, whether this is through wrong measures taken in the building or otherwise. This account should be sent to us with all possible dispatch.
