Captain [Cleasby] Commander of the MARY Galley and Captain Hickman of the FIREBRAND Fireship have applied for payment for their time as Lieutenants. Copies of their letters are enclosed including a Certificate supplied by Hickman. The Admiralty requires to know why [Cleasby] and Hickman have not been paid and to be advised as to a solution.
