Enclosing a copy of a letter from John Berkeley describing the condition of the FORESIGHT and requiring an immediate survey to be taken of her with a view to fitting her for a voyage to the West Indies. Berkeley has also informed the Admiralty that his Squadron is in acute need of many requirements.
