In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
You are directed to have the sum of £20,700 of the money remaining in the hands of the Treasurer of the Navy, being part of the money appropriated by Act of Parliament and to be applied as follows: for the payment of wages £20,000 and for the debt for sick and wounded £700. You are to have the RICHMOND and PEARL, now in the Downes, to be furnished with a month's victuals each and to have the MARY, now rebuilding at Portsmouth, to be sheathed before her launching.
