In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Enclosure: An Oath made by Edward Randolph late of Boston, New England in which he claims that he placed a contract for the supply of masts and bowsprits with one Sampsom Sheafe. Having paid him in full and a receipt having been issued he now finds that the paperwork has been impounded by (he claims) an imposter Government.
