Letter from Captain James Wishart, Commander of the MARY GALLEY, and countersigned by Captain Buck, of the CHARLES GALLEY, bound for the Baltic, complaining that Stephen Harland, the Trinity House Pilot appointed to the MARY GALLEY, has hazarded his ship by putting her aground in Yarmouth Roads.
