Your letter of the 2nd inst; informed us that the Merchant ship called the PRINCESS ANN is fitting to be employed as a Man of War in their Majesties' service. We direct you to hire the said Ship and cause her to be fitted out to Sea by the Owners as a fourth Rate for Channel service, reporting to us what number of Men and numbers and nature of Ordnance is fitting to be established for her.
