We have considered the Commissioner of Victualling proposal concerning the Security to be given to their Agent going with the West Indies Squadron you sent to us on the 17th. We hereby direct you to give orders to the Commissioners to take Security for their Agent such that HM does not loose by any want of care or fidelity in him.
