We direct you to survey the Flyboats brought to Spithead by HMS MARY GALLEY, and also survey the French Privateer taken by HMS RUPERT and ADVENTURE now at Plymouth and report if they are fitting to be employed as Men of War or any other uses, and if so what numbers of Men and numbers and type of Guns to be allotted to them, and which Rate to be allocated?
